GF House
The design of this apartment stemmed from a desire to create a third bedroom and a second bathroom to meet the needs of the owners’ two children.
Studying the state of the house, we realized that the kitchen was a heavily disadvantaged area. It was small and relegated to the house’s edge, somewhat disconnected from the rest visually and physically.
So the choice was to eliminate the study, which was unused, and make it part of the living room. In this way, we could connect the new kitchen, which was enlarged from the state of affairs to the living area through a glass wall, and carve out the necessary space for the third bedroom next to the second. Next to the rooms, we made a new bathroom for the boys, while the existing bathroom was attached to the parents’ bedroom. For this room, we also created an anteroom with a closet and walk-in closet to act as a filter from the entrance hall, located next to the sleeping area.
