FF House

This large apartment was renovated to suit the needs of a family of four.
Analyzing the situation, we immediately noticed the living room was distant from the entrance and, in general, quite fragmented. The kitchen was not very large relative to the house’s size and disconnected from the dining area.
The sleeping area, however, was well organized, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
We decided not to move the living room because of the beautiful view and terrace, but we enhanced the entrance by making it into a long green canthus that overlooks a large window.
The large kitchen island, now joined to the living room and dining area, overlooks them. Near the entrance is a small guest sink and laundry room.
The sleeping areas have become two, accessed by doors built into the long steel-clad closet; one is for the parents, with their bathroom, and one for the children.
A sliding door in frosted canned glass created a separate area in the parents’ large bathroom, allowing for more flexible use of the bathroom fixtures.
It was impossible to create two separate bathrooms for the children, so we separated the shower and sanitary areas to allow for concurrent use.
At the end of the hallway, we created a small closet, and in the space intended for the hallway, two walk-in closets, with a small, almost secret passageway for the daughter to steal her mother’s clothes.
