This large Milanese apartment was renovated to suit the needs of a family with two teenage children who desired to preserve its nature and personality.
We have preserved and restored the original doors and window frames and salvaged the existing parquet where possible, removing and repositioning fascia and bindel to pass fixtures.
Distributional changes were few and did not substantially vary the original layout.
We have preserved the large living room, spacious kitchen, and the small study facing the entrance hall, which can become a guest room if needed.
The toilet area has been reorganized, with one bathroom for parents, two for children, and a convenient laundry room.
